For a long time I could not imagine my life without them. I knew it helps me lose weight. But somehow they were reassuring. When I binged, I felt so &#39;full&#39;, &#39;pre&#39; and &#39;dirty&#39; and I feel like a laxative, to &quot;clean&quot;, &quot;clean&quot; and &quot;empty&quot; again. I&#39;ve always been obsessed with food out of my system as soon as possible. Although I hadBulimia, I have never thrown. I have other purging behaviors and abuse of laxatives was one of them. </p>
<p> I abused my body for many years with binging, fasting, excessive use, abuse and laxative. What I have done everything in my body, I can not even think about it. To be honest, I feel lucky that I am still alive. Today I am again. Are in good health. And I am grateful for my body and I am grateful that I am not for myself, after many years of serious abuse. I do notPurgatives more. I am proof that you can get to them! </p>
<p> But before I tell you more about my personal experience that I have to talk a bit &#39;more connected via a big misunderstanding, and the health consequences of this unhealthy obsession. </p>
<p> <b>Purgatory does not make you lose weight!</b> </p>
<p> Purgatory is not a way to control or lose weight. Do not eat out of your body immediately before the start of calories. The belief that laxatives are a way to lose weight is notTrue. It &#39;just a myth. </p>
<p> Purgatives to remove excess water from the body, and the &quot;water loss&quot; is often used to &quot;confuse weight loss. Your body not only loses a lot of water, causing dehydration, it also loses important minerals and electrolytes &#8211; and mineral and electrolyte balance in the body is upset. electrolytes such as potassium, sodium and magnesium are important for the body. electrolyte imbalance in the body is dangerous and can cause muscle pain, cramps,Heartbeat, fainting, irregular, and in some cases even death. </p>
<p> If you use laxatives, it is important to drink plenty of water when you use to make sure that your body is dehydrated. </p>
<p> <b>Purgatives are physically dependent. Over time, remember your gut, as about your own work.</b> </p>
<p> Purgatory artificially stimulate nerve endings in your colon, which is also the colon. Laxatives in the long term can damage the colon and the colon may failFunction of the constipation caused. Laxative abuse can cause permanent damage to your intestines. </p>
<p> <b>Abuse of laxatives is harmful to your body!</b> </p>

<p> But before you get into it, I mean that I am not a doctor! Moreover, each body differently, and do not know what is best for your body. I recommend you go see a doctor. Do you have a doctor and are comfortable talking about it? I would like to know that they are not alone with this, and the doctors have heard before of this problem andknow what to do. Well, &#39;course there are always some &quot;black sheep&quot; is, but most doctors are good and they know how to help people with eating disorders and related issues. If you are not sure that the doctor to go, you can target an organization of eating disorders, support groups, nutritionists and therapists in your area and ask for advice and recommendations. </p>
<p> <b>Seek help: Do</b> not have fear or embarrassment. I urge you to seek professional help! </p>
<p> <b>Drink</b>enough water: Make sure you drink enough water. It is recommended to have about eight-ten glasses of water a day. Coffee and carbonated drinks do not count! </p>
<p> <b>Increase fiber intake:</b> Make sure there is enough fiber in your diet. Ingestion of food to relax the intestines, such as <b >wholemeal bread</b> and cereals, fruits and vegetables. Be sure to eat the skin because it is usually very high in fiber. </p>
<p> <b>You have a hot drink</b>Tomorrow: A hot drink in the morning can help, such as green tea or hot water with lemon juice to make a difference. </p>
<p> <b>Have breakfast:</b> E &#39;the most important meal of the day. Eating Breakfast can start trigger a reflex bowel to evacuate its contents. </p>
<p> <b>Eat regularly:</b> Try to eat in a sort of regular pattern and do not skip meals. </p>
<p> <b>Do some light exercises</b> in the morning or during the day: take a walk or do some exercises to help you,Things have started to come. </p>
<p> <b>Keep a diary: Write down</b> how and what you feel and how to make your body and mind. Addition, the stool frequency of your monitor. </p>
<p> <b>The hardest thing for me was &#8230;</b> </p>
<p> I had to make a decision &#8211; I am ready to relax? I will do whatever it takes to get healthy? Until my answer is not &quot;100% YES&quot; I knew it would be for me, I hit my abuse of laxatives in the post. As long as I always do what I did &#8211; binging on tand tons of food in an almost daily with hunger and days of practical exercises in between &#8211; I knew that I wanted to overcome my obsession with laxatives. I knew that for me that I did not get rid of the situation that behavior without interrupting the other. </p>
<p> During my recovery, I started with the least number of laxatives. I was not able to take you from day to day. Instead, I have always had less than before &#8211; so I have my time to bodychange. It &#39;been a slow and cumbersome, but eventually it worked and now I am no longer with them. </p>
<p> What has really helped to hit me &#8212; I had to stop this abuse, binging and fasting. I had to learn to eat a couple of times a day and a part of the normal size. So I went to a dietitian who helped me to make a diet plan for me that helped me to see a large crowd. <br /> If you regularly use laxatives, I encourage you to seek help and stop this behavior. It &#39;hardWork, and it will take time, but it is possible. </p>
<p> If you have specific questions, ask your doctor! </p>
<p> I wish you all the best. We continue to be strong and continue to believe in themselves. I want to know that recovery is possible even for you! </p>

<p> As you can see, all meals have this mix 40:30:30. People can have the same protein / Combo / carb fat at all, and snacks, while women on average, one should be from fat snacks a day. </p>
<p> Sugar is notan element which is fine if the Zone diet, but many Dieters eat their fruit shop element from food as a dessert. Some will add sweetener to their berries to create, for example, feel more like a dessert. </p>

<p> <b>What is a carbohydrate, anyways?</b> </p>
